Services

We offer our clients test development consulting, product assessment and development, facilitation of Subject Matter Expert (SME) committee meetings, and public presentation services that suit their needs.

These services typically begin with a client need to improve their exams. Generally there are concerns about the caliber of the questions themselves, specifically how well they adhere to the content, style, and overall format of those on a professionally prepared licensing exam.

Morgan Testing Services discusses the range of solutions available, then takes the most appropriate and cost-effective course to effect the client's desired ends.

This often leads to partnering with Morgan Testing Services to take the client’s existing exam material and use it as the “base pool.”

From here the process moves into creating a database of client questions within which each one is identified and inventoried by topic area.

Then the process shifts to revising, replacing, and generating new questions until the pool contains a sufficient number of “well-crafted” questions to meet client goals.

Using this client-originated pool, Morgan Testing Services then assembles exams that carefully conform to a client-determined, highly detailed set of test specifications.

Products

  • Secure licensing examinations. We have prepared secure licensing examinations for several jurisdictions over the past seven years and are currently working on projects for government and state agencies alike.

  • “School-secure” examinations. Through our relationship with numerous Realtor associations, we have developed a pool of questions that we use to assemble "school-secure" exams. These exams are administered as proctored end-of-course passing certification exams, and are all collected and either destroyed or stored securely after use.

“School-secure” exams serve the needs of prelicensing providers to have end-of-course exams that both satisfy state course-certification requirements and accurately assess the readiness of their students to perform successfully on the actual licensing exam.

  • Published practice exams. We have prepared and published practice exams that allow prelicensing students to independently – or with instructor assistance – test their grasp of the entry-level essential terms, concepts, and processes of real estate.

These practice exams conform closely to published exam specifications, and come complete with a diagnostic chart for determining areas of strength and weakness.

After scoring their answers, students can gauge their strengths and weaknesses through a diagnostic analysis of their answers, then focus their final exam prep efforts on those areas that will best enhance their essential knowledge base.

  • Real Estate Exam Prep Books. These books are unique in that each one sequences and presents concise summaries of real estate content in a “content cluster” format that expands on what is most likely to be included under each topic heading of a designated state’s license exam content outline.

They also include a sample exam and diagnostic chart for strength and weakness assessment.

These books and exams afford prelicensing candidates the single best resource available to rapidly and effectively build, solidify, test, and assess their grasp of essential real estate knowledge along with gauging their readiness for their own state's licensing exam.

These publications concentrate almost exclusively on general principles and practices, though new publications are expanding their scope to include summaries of State-specific rules and regulations, along with sample State-specific licensing exams.
